TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have experience teaching adults in military, tech, first responder, legal, and other settings. The scope of what I teach falls mostly in personal/team development. This ranges from time management, to stress management, leadership development, coaching, team building, sport and performance psychology, and burnout. I excel at interactive teaching strategies, and building train-the-trainer resources. I create content to teach to clients, and help others create content for their training events.
