MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe it's important for beginning musicians to learn a few things extremely well, more than a lot of different things incompletely. Education is a snowball. Start small but fundamentally strong. Build confidence and curiosity. Accelerate. Soon you'll have an unstoppable force!

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Jon C Bell is an experienced music educator and trombonist currently located in the Bristol Bay region of Alaska. He has used his personal struggles as a music student to arrange resources that rethink problems designed into traditional methods of music education. The hope is that you and your performing students can avoid the same pitfalls, misunderstandings, and missing key information essential to success at a high level. Jon (aka Mr. Bell) enjoys fishing, running, and road-tripping to unexplored places with his awesome wife, Jennifer.
