TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Jennifer Roberts spent ten years teaching English and History in middle school before moving to her current English position at Point Loma High where she is also the Department Chair and Digital Lead Teacher. She also teaches pre-service teachers at the University of San Diego and educational technology workshops locally and nationally.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching is student centered, tech heavy and emphasizes the development of student thinking skills and writing capacity. Students I taught 15 years ago are already working in careers that did not exist then. I must prepare my students for their future.
