After completion of my BA in History at the University of Georgia I pursued my MAT at Piedmont College in Athens, GA. As an educator I have experience teaching 8th Grade Georgia Studies as well as Civics, Economics, U.S. History, and World History.

Since a young age I always enjoyed history. Other than teaching I always strive to increase my knowledge base through personal research. As a Living Historian I enjoy teaching students young and old about the history of mid-19th century America. I always enjoy sharing my knowledge with others and love to lead demonstrations and historic site/battlefield tours when given the opportunity.
