TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have 28 years of experience as an elementary and secondary, special education teacher in public and private schools.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is child-centered. I use a mix of the constructivist, Montessori, and existential approaches. We have a plan, do, and review daily schedule. I teach 3 main, whole group lessons every day. The rest of the day is spent with me conferring with kids and facilitating discovery learning through station activities.
