TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my first year as an Instructional Specialist I was a middle school Instructional Coach for a year I taught 5th grade for 6 years (non-concecutively) I taught 3rd grade for 3 years (concecutively) 11 years in Education all together

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching styles is that of a Facilitator and Demonstrator. I use gradual release to guide and model students to mastery. I provide frequent feedback coach and guides students. I often create situations for students in order for them to explore different topics. I use a student centered approach in which lessons are tailored to the needs of the students through differentiation.
