I started teaching in 2017 and have a Master's Degree in Mathematics Education (K-6). I have two years of experience in a fifth-grade classroom and currently teach in a fourth-grade classroom. I have been fortunate to have taught students that come to my classroom on different levels of mathematical understanding, as it has strengthened me as a teacher to meet their individual needs. I played college baseball and I am currently coaching at the high school level.
I tend to follow a math workshop model of instruction.
