I have been a teacher for 23 years. My experience includes second, fourth, and fifth grades. I am currently the Work-Based Learning Coordinator for Floyd County Schools College and Career Academy.
I believe students learn best from hands-on learning opportunities. I also believe that constant review of previously learned skills helps students to learn long term as opposed to memorizing facts.
