I practice elements of calm classroom and focus on positive, intrinsic rewards. We value each other, learning, working hard, manners, and kindness in our room. We encourage each other to make "good choices" on a routine basis. Differentiation occurs consistently in our room and we know that not everyone will work on the same things all the time.
