TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have 19 years of teaching experience. My first 15 years were spent teaching intermediate grades (4th -8th grade). My last 4 years have been spent teaching identified gifted and talented students. As the GT teacher, I push into cluster classrooms to co-teach with the general education teacher.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is student centered. I am always looking for ways to make my students think beyond the basics. My daily mission is to make sure that students are active consumers and not just sitting and getting.
