Flossydot Teaching

I am trained as an early childhood and primary teacher in Australia. I have primarily worked with preschool aged children (4-5 year olds) and as the educational leader to guide and support other educators. I believe our time as teachers is so precious and taking work home should be absolutely be avoided to reduce burnout and loss of passion. I want to share these resources to save educators and teachers time so they can achieve that elusive work-life balance.

I believe children are capable and important contributors to their communities. My documentation of children's learning focuses on their strengths, current knowledge and ideas to celebrate their individual achievements.
