Carla Snipes is a homeschool mama, curriculum designer/creator and author of the Everyday Learn and PLAY blog (everydaylearnandplay.com). She is a former classroom teacher who has taught Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade. She's also served as a reading interventionist and is passionate about advocating for special needs families. Her son's T1D and autism diagnosis have inspired her to create materials to meet the needs for nuerodivergent children.
My teaching style includes hands-on, engaging and intentionally written curriculum, while meeting developmental standards. I create materials that require minimal prep and when preparation is required it's for a sustained period of time and well worth the value of the time put in.
