TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been a mental health therapist for several years! I have spent majority of time time working with kids ages 5-17 helping them with their mental health and behavioral needs!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I enjoy trying to make fun activities for kids to use in therapy sessions that will also help them improve their overall mental health. I have found that kids enjoy therapy more when they do not realize they are doing therapy-because they are having fun! I have also found that a lot of mental health resources can be used in the classroom to check in with students about where they are at mentally and emotionally!
