I have taught 1st-2nd grade in a general education setting and at a school for the Deaf where I have taught Pre-K and 6th grade, many of whom have multiple disabilities.
Due to a vast range of cognitive, linguistic, and fine/gross motor abilities, my students require a great deal of differentiated instruction presented in a variety of ways. My goal is to find what works best for each student and use that to reach them, while continuing to push them to excel in other ways.
