I have been teaching for 10 years and enjoy my career choice. I have taught students who are Emotionally Disturbed, Autism Specific Classrooms, Multiple disabilities- Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Hearing Impaired, Down Syndrome, Fragile X Syndrome, Aspergers, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Speech and Language Impairment, Students who use augmentative devices, PECS, and sign language.
I enjoy using hands on activities. Cut and paste, interactive lessons are my style. Students enjoy using the interactive board as well as the ELMO (photographic projector). I have a bag full of tricks and I am always open to learning and enjoy attending conferences and signing up for webinars.
