TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am 43 years young, I've been teaching for 22 years and I don't know where the time has gone! I have taught in the UK, USA and Australian school systems to students between 11 and 18 years old. My specialities include Language and A Level Literature courses and resources for 16 - 18 year old students, Literacy for all ages and abilities, Creative Writing and Non-Fiction texts. I have taught USA Middle School Literature and Language Arts, GCSE and A Level Language and Literature courses, and Standard and Advanced HSC courses in New South Wales, Australia.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Very active and interactive, focussing on collaboration, group work and differentiating learning experiences to extend all students' learning. I'm interested in anything that has a sense of fun and brings what's on the page to life.
