After 5 years in the capacity of Education, Dadriaunna Williams, has impacted and improved educational outcomes for ALL students as an educator, grant writer, curriculum developer, programs manager, mobile games developer, and coach. Dadriaunna Williams’ educational philosophy is derived from her foundation in pedagogical experience as a culturally responsive educator and educational technologists. To better inform systems, processes, organizations, and mobile applications, she has leveraged the diverse assets of the educational landscape in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Through her educational expertise she has informed and supported educational accessibility and strengthened community relationships around education. Her methodology around educational equity; effective partnerships, collaboration, and shared responsibility are necessary for equitable resource allocation, system infrastructure, and sustainability, is reflected in her dedication to provide disruptive innovative solutions that leverage the assets of communities. Dadriaunna Williams is more than a problem-solver, she has a reputation for redesigning the narrative, revisioning the outcomes, and reinforcing the voices of shared stakeholders towards transformational impact.
I believe in using discovery based learning modules in my class which include using learning stations/centers, skills based learning, and personalized learning for students who are prepared to excel through a unit. Also, I am a data driven instructor who heavily utilizes technology as a method to bridge the achievement gap and increase student engagement.
