TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hi! I am a Preschool 2's through First Grade Spanish teacher. I have experience developing and implementing my own curriculum. As I've created resources, I decided that I wanted to share them- which is when my TpT store started!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a Spanish teacher that focuses on play based, developmentally appropriate instruction. My teaching is based on acquisition and functional language. I want my students to enjoy learning a new language and feel comfortable in the process.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I was nominated as UNCC's Student Teacher of the Year. I received the 2022 Preschool Teacher of the Year award at my school.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

After I attending high school in the USA and Spain, I received a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature. I also have a graduate certificate in Spanish Teaching and am completing my Master's in World Language Instruction.
