Twenty-five years experience teaching Spanish. Peer mentor, student-teacher cooperating teacher, curriculum writer. Spanish tutor for homebound students. Experience assisting ESL students in resource and testing settings.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe that teaching any subject should be stimulating to both the students AND the teacher. Students learn more thoroughly through discovery and hands-on use of new technologies that are increasingly available to all. Along with the teacher, students that take responsibility for their learning with strong support from the home are the most successful. Even the smallest success breeds success - so the student who struggles can find still find success if alternate learning styles are addressed.
