Decode Education with Bek

I am a primary teacher that loves an adventure! Upon graduating after six years in university, I took a year off to travel Europe and Central America, then moved from Canada to Australia for a year, then to the UK for two years to travel and teach. I am now back in Australia doing what I love most, teaching! My passion is teaching students with dyslexia to read, write, and spell. Watching their self-confidence grow each lesson is truly rewarding. The students I am currently working with online come from different countries around the world including Canada, USA, UK, Spain, and Australia. As an educator, I am always researching and thinking of new, engaging activities to do during lessons. Creating multi-sensory, fun, and effective lessons brings lots of excitement to my job. Most of my activities on TPT can be incorporated into both in-person and online learning. Enjoy!
