TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching high school science for 29 years in the public sector. Along the way I have been trained in Modeling in Biology, STEM, and have taken multiple courses in curriculum.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a creative and unique educator. I strive to engage my students by using the techniques I learned in Modeling in Biology, Carbon Time Biology and various books and resources I have come across in my many years of teaching. Use of White boarding, STEM activities, student discourse, diagram coloring, paper dissection models, visible learning, and active student learning is my mode of operation.
