TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have 16 years experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L), with 10 of those years in the public elementary school setting! I have worked with all levels of education including learning disabled, Autism, intellectual disabilities, and more. My goal is to give users working materials to enrich the learning process and experience of their students.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love to incorporate play into education by using fun designs and bright colors to catch the attention of students and parents alike. I like to find ways to treat and support my students, but in ways that are fun so they don't feel like they are working! :)

I am originally from a suburb outside of Buffalo, NY where I attended Erie Community College. I am a nationally certified, licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L).

I am a mother of an amazing young woman who just graduated from college and is beginning her career!! I love working with my students and finding new ways to work therapy into the education setting in a fun and functional way. I enjoy being with family and friends, outside activities, restoring old furniture, music and relaxing on the beach!! :)
