I hold a Master’s of Science from Columbia University in Communication Science Disorders. I am a State of Connecticut and New York State licensed speech and language pathologist. I possess a certificate of clinical competency through the American Speech Hearing Association (ASHA). Furthermore, I obtain certification as a teacher of speech and language disabilities with a bilingual Spanish extension. I have 10+ years of experience as a speech therapist in schools and in/outpatient facilities. I am a certified Educational Administrator in both states with experience working in the New York City Department of Education, the nation’s largest school district. During my time as an administrator, I worked as a preschool special education administrator at the Committee on Special Education.
