TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my 11th year teaching, beginning with four years teaching 1st grade, then four years in 4th grade, two years in 2nd grade and now I'm back to 1st grade in a new school!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I really love open-ended class discussions, and providing high quality USEFUL visuals for my students to use as a reference throughout the school year! I do like to have some sort of written part of most assignments, not always a "worksheet' but at least a blank piece of paper for recording what the student was visualizing during a read-aloud.
