This is year 31, and I still love it! Currently I teach in a high ability 2nd grade classroom, but I have taught Pre-K, K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and gifted grades 3-6. My time spent teaching enrichment courses for middle and high school students leads me to include them in my units!
Oh goodness! That's hard to say. It may sound cliché, but I try to be a guide on the side rather than a sage on the stage. I like to give the students as much independence as they can handle, and may try to prod them to go a little further!
I-STAR teacher 3 time presenter at the National Association for Gifted Children Conference Presenter at the Indiana Association for the Gifted Children - High Ability Conference Presenter for Delta Kappa Gamma state and national conferences.

My husband is a great teacher's husband! I have 3 adult children who are terrific, a fabulous daughter in law, and 2 darling granddaughters! I am very blessed.
