C14 Language and Learning Materials

I Have been an educator for 20 years, both in the classroom and outside, now as an executive functions coach and content specialist in English, History, and Spanish. I have taught all three subject areas to k-12 and bilingual courses too. I now provide academic coaching and content support services to students in grades 3-12, and I create customized materials that are uniquely specific to English, History, and Spanish.

Personal relationship and connection is everything with students of all ages! And- know thy learner. I customize my techniques and materials for the learner and the course. Students are learning lifelong academic skills along with content.

Catherine graduated from Southern Methodist University with an English degree, and she studied Spanish in graduate programs at the University of New Mexico, Winthrop University, and in Mexico and Spain. I have taught English, ESL, Social Studies, Spanish, and Bilingual courses for more than 20 years. A lifelong learner, I'm always pursuing extra certifications and training, most recently to support Neurodiversity and ADHD from Landmark College.
