MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I started college in 2010 and planned on becoming a nurse. After 2 years of nursing school, I decided that a nurse's career was not what I wanted for my future life. I went back to the drawing table and focused on careers where I could still help people and enjoy my passion for Science. This is how I became a Science Teacher! I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay in the Winter of 2014, and was hired in February of 2015 as a 6th Grade Middle School Science Teacher.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Although I am a teacher, I still work as a Nursing Assistant in an Emergency Department. My passion for Human Biology and the ability to work in an environment where I can learn about the topic every day also helps me be a better teacher when it comes to the Life Science.
