TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a full-time Kindergarten teacher and Teacher Burnout Coach. After struggling with burnout myself for most of my teaching career, in 2016 I created Burned-In Teacher. Using my podcast, book, and online course and community, I coach teachers through my 8 step BURNED-IN process to help them use their burnout as an opportunity for growth so they can live a more fulfilled career and life.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I would describe my teaching style as coaching. I love to teach through experience and ask students questions that allow them to form their own answers that make sense to them, where they are in life and in the learning process.
