Hey there! I'm Tana Sexton, an enthusiastic language arts teacher with experience in private and Title One schools. I'm passionate about nurturing a love for reading and writing in my students while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. From decoding literature to crafting compelling essays, I'm dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential.

MY TEACHING STYLE

With a creative and hands-on approach, I believe that students thrive when they are actively engaged in meaningful projects. By designing exciting challenges that integrate language arts concepts, my classroom becomes a hub of exploration and collaboration. Through project-based learning, students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills while connecting the curriculum to real-life experiences.
