TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been an ESL teacher for 13 years. I have grown tremendously throughout that time. I have taught all ages in a formal setting from ages 3 years to 70 years. I now own an academy and I am both a teacher and administrator.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I generally guide a student centered classroom. I allow the students to set the pace of the lesson and I also allow the students to help each other. By helping their fellows it grows and reinforces much more than just the daily lesson. I also really try to incorporate noise and play into all my classes. A quiet classroom is an unengaged classroom.
