TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching Chemistry for over 14 years. I have taught in both the British and American systems. I have used the IGCSE, NGSS, Cambridge A-level and IB syllabus systems to inform the development of my resources.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Interactive! The students are in our lessons to DO something. Not to merely watch it being done. This isn't TV!

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

Watching students use these resources is amazing! It gives them the tools to create their own notes and then use the blank templates again to study and review their learning.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Batchelor of Education in Physical Sciences, University of Alberta, Canada Masters in Science Education, Institute of Education, University of London, England

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I have lived in Canada, the UK and now Kenya, teaching in public, private and international schools.
