My teaching approach is characterized by empathy, understanding, and a genuine desire to meet each student where they are in their learning journey. I recognize and celebrate the diverse strengths and abilities that neurodiverse learners bring to the classroom, viewing differences as valuable assets rather than challenges. My commitment to equity extends beyond the classroom, as I actively advocate for policies and practices that promote fair and equal opportunities for all students. I implement a variety of teaching strategies and accommodations to address the diverse learning styles and needs of my students. I collaborate with other educators, specialists, and support staff to create a comprehensive support system that ensures every student has the resources and tools they need to succeed.
