TEACHING EXPERIENCE

School-based physical therapy services for students in public school districts in 2 states and over 5 districts; medical PT services in 3 different county Birth-to-Three Programs in 2 states; general acute care physical therapy, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation (emphasis on recovery from stroke, spinal cord injury, and accidents), experience in a neonatal unit and pediatric hospital specializing in children's rehab services. Many continuing education courses in pediatric physical therapy, health promotion and wellness, clinical decision making, pharmacology, torticollis, sensory integration, lower extremity orthotics, seating and positioning, educationally-based services, autism, learning difficulties, dyspraxia, conscious discipline, early childhood, and treatment techniques of NDT (neuro-developmental treatment).
