Teaching since 2012 to Prek-8th grade students

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is a mix of many different styles. I love to juxtapose art history with contemporary artists. All of my lessons incorporate one or more subject areas. My style offers students a choice in the classroom and their artmaking giving everyone a chance to succeed. My student's mental health is just as important as what they learn in the classroom and I work hard to give my students the tools to express themselves and use their emotions, feelings, and experiences to drive their work.
