I earned my PhD in World History and have held several key academic positions, including Visiting Professor, Head of a Research Center, and Vice-Provost for Research in Central Asia. With over seven years of teaching experience at the university level and authorship of more than 30 research articles and two books on US foreign policy with Turkey and Kazakhstan, I am committed to the traditional classroom approach.
I believe strongly in the power of reading, writing, listening, and discussing to truly learn and engage with material. This method forms the core of my teaching philosophy, helping students develop a thorough understanding and ability to think critically.
