Allison Brinkoetter

I currently teach in an urban school district at a K-8 neighborhood school. The school is a lab school that is affiliated with the University down the road.

I love lessons that are to the point, building a foundation of math skills that allow students to think outside the box and work on projects.

I attended Eastern Illinois University and graduated in 2011. I continued my education after I graduated to work towards my middle level endorsement in math. After four years of college, I have learned more in the two years I have taught. Books can tell you about a lot, but experience is where the learning happens.

Everything I have posted in my store, has been tried in my classroom. If not at first successful, I asked my students what would make the games and activities less confusing. I posted all games after making the improvements.
