TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been a 3rd grade teacher for 5 years. Prior to that I was a substitute teacher for many years. While subbing I came across many amazing teacher creations and activities! I do believe teaching and creative thinking go hand in hand.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I would have to say I am a very laid back - relaxed teacher. I love and respect every child that enters my classroom!

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I have lived in Fenton, MO my whole life. I have many family and friends here and couldn't ever imagine being anywhere else. I have been married to my husband Len for 21 years, and we have two children. My son Josh, is 18 and will be heading off to college next fall. Josh is our math guy. And our daughter Samantha is 16, with two years of high school to go. Sammi is our language arts and artistic child. They are both very different in their school strengths and interests, just like any teacher knows their classroom will be too!
