With 17 years experience, a 1-8 license, and a K-12 Special Education license, I have taught a variety of classes for a variety of age levels. I have most of my experience in the lower elementary, but have spent one year at the junior high and high school levels. I have also been a curriculum coach and mentor teacher. I have also been involved with a nature's classroom program and have been a summer camp director.
I love trying things that are different in my classroom. Hands on experiences seem to work best with most kiddos. Additionally, I like using the SMART board and I pads to supplement my curriculum.
