TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Mother and daughter Kathleen and Sarah worked together as Enrichment Specialists with an after-school program in Oceanside, CA. Kathleen has also been an Education Director at the San Diego Museum of Man (Museum of Man), and planned exhibits and programs for a children's museum in Illinois. They love to research world arts and classroom needs, and design projects that make connections among the arts, language arts, social studies and science.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Our teaching tends to be hands-on, and engages students in critical thinking, lively discussion, and creative writing as we explore the wide world of creative expression in the arts.
