TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a second year teacher, with tonnes of experience thanks to an internship I was able to complete during my degree. I specialize in Theatre and Mathematics, though have taught all other core courses, as well as music (choral).

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to think that I let the students do most of the work in my class. I'm a big fan of inquiry learning, and try to incorporate that into my teaching. I've recently discovered Interactive Notebooks and am giving those a try too! In my math classes, I like to think of alternatives to the old worksheet. I like to create my own worksheets and activities that get the students talking about their thinking, and to move around.
