Welcome! My specializations are math and science, which are both state tested in Texas. I am certified to teach general education for K-9, English as a Second Language K-12, and Talented and Gifted Education (TAG) K-12, and I have 10 years of elementary teaching experience. I now have my master's degree in Learning Technology and develop curriculum. Updates will be coming soon and I'm thrilled.

As an ESL teacher I like to make even basic work interactive, which makes my classroom culture more engaging for EVERYONE. My goal is to teach all interdisciplinary units based on students' interests, but as a teacher I know that's not always possible. Even in my more traditional work I incorporate my ESL pedagogy to include visual and or kinesthetic elements and make learning fun.
