By Add On To Learning Teaching is a natural part of my personality. I taught first grade in a public school environment. I have also taught privately through co-ops and online learning environments. I specialize in small group teaching. Outside of professional educational experience, I have spent the past decade homeschooling my daughters.
I appreciate small group learning environments because this type of environment allows be to remain true to my teaching style which is relaxed and eclectic. By being flexible, I am able to meet the needs of the individual, and it also allows room for the learner to share their input. I truly believe that children should be a part of their learning journey not just as the learner, but as the guide.
