I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I have always known that I wanted to help others see their potential. When I came across the field of ABA I realized Behavior Analysts not only help others see their potential but they also help others reach their potential. I fell in love with the field of ABA as an RBT in 2017 and became a BCBA in 2021
My work style is centered around connection, consistency and encouragement. I believe these three components are very essential when working together to reach a desired goal. I begin with each client by building trust and connection between all parties involved. I remain consistent in my teaching approach and I also like to teach to my clients why consistency is important throughout the process. And while consistency is a key component to learning a new skill, encouragement throughout the process helps the progression towards mastering a new skill.
