TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught in a private preschool for the last 5 years. 3 of which I spend as a Head Teacher. This is a school that focuses heavily on academic development and is primary a gifted and talented school for young children.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in approaching children as partners in learning- even preschoolers! Discovering and exploring together is the best part of working with young students. My goal is making learning fun and engaging. I accomplish that by designing activities that expand on student interests and deepen their knowledge.

I graduated with Honors from New York University Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development with a double major of General Education and Special Education. I am finishing my Masters degree at Fordham University as a Literacy Specialist.
