I have taught middle school science, special education and 4th grade in both New York City and Austin, TX.
I love questions, investigations and tangential discussions that get young brains thinking. My goal is to help my students learn the skills that will make them explorers of the world.

I began teaching in New York City through Teach for America. After 4 years of teaching and receiving my Masters in Teaching, my husband and I relocated to Austin, Texas. I now teach in the Eanes Independent School district where I teach 4th grade. I continue to take every opportunity to learn and grow as a teacher!
