Yeast Bread Bundle -- UPDATED!!

This Yeast Breads Bundle includes everything from a presentation about the basics of Yeast Breads to THREE recipe options to be used in the lab setting as well as an alternative lab option! All resources are google resources and can be edited to make adjustments as you see fit.

The resources included are described below:

• Yeast Bread Presentation: 15 slides including yeast bread basics and the steps in the yeast dough process. 
• Yeast Breads - Check Your Knowledge + ANSWER KEY: Ensure your students are grasping content and concepts from the presentation with this 12 point knowledge check. Great for virtual learning!
• Culinary Terms Puzzle (Yeast Breads) + Terminology Sheet: Students will sort through 23 Yeast Bread terms then match each term and ingredient to its correct description. The terminology sheet can be used prior to the puzzle or as a review.
• Types of Yeast Breads: Compare and Contrast: Research activity in which students look into the different types of yeast breads. There is an accompanying table match up activity which includes all of the yeast breads from the activity!
• THREE Recipes: Recipes are adapted from online resources - Mall Pretzels, Cinna-Buns, and Easy Loaf Bread.
• THREE Pre-Lab Activities + Answer Keys: Pre-lab questions go along with each of the recipes above. Questions reiterate concepts from the unit/presentation.
• Alternative At-Home Lab Option: Used for students who may have missed the in-person lab or can be used in the instance of virtual learning!
• TWO Yeast Breads QUIZZES + ANSWER KEYS: Quiz option 1 is a shorter, printable quiz. Quiz option 2 is a more challenging, google forms quiz.
