"This is My Language' Arabic Conversation Course; Unit 2: The Family & Careers

This is an Arabic conversation course that has all the components of a traditional foreign language course. All skills are developed: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Grammar, and Writing. This is Unit 2: The Family, an introduction to family members in Arabic and using the connected pronouns to say 'my' and 'yours' Reading comprehension: At Grandma's House (on a Friday); as in each unit there is a reading text that slightly pushes the student to decode phrases. Students should memorize the reading paragraph as well as the hadith. Students learn the names of jobs and professions in Arabic and how to talk about their relatives' careers and jobs.
