Description
In this hilarious Thanksgiving themed show a turkey finds out what is going to happen to him in “Black November”… So he does everything he can to make himself unappealing to the farmer and his wife.
This performance package can be used by an elementary classroom teacher, a music teacher, a summer camp coordinator, a church choir or a drama program instructor.
This show could be performed by anywhere from 25 to 100+ students depending on stage size. The length of the performance is approximately 35 minutes.
This show was originally performed by 60 students in my drama program (K through 5th). I divided them into 3 class groups of 20 students. However this show could easily be performed by less or more students depending on your class/classes and your stage.
I recommend using a combination of pre-recorded video (you record of your students) and live performance. However, the “5 videos” could easily be performed live in front of the curtain while cast groups get into positions on stage.
Some grouping options are:
One class (25 students) split into 3 cast groups
Three classes each taking a cast group
Six classes with two classes in each cast group
Cast Groups: Costume suggestions

2. Turkey group: Turkey costumes
3. Turkey group: Turkey costumes
