What will you get?
- 3 sheets that are ready to print. The sheets are very similar but vary slightly so you can choose what works best for you and your teachers. The 1st sheet includes 10 items that use a scale and a “What Was Great”/”Next Steps/Recommendations”. The 2nd sheet includes 6 general areas that you can use a checkmark for and a “What Was Great”/”Next Steps/Recommendations”. The 3rd sheet just includes“What Was Great”/”Next Steps/Recommendations”.
- 3 Digital Sheets (you can keep it fully digital or type everything in and print it) on Google Slides™. The digital sheets are editable (please note due to copyright reasons the header is not editable but you can edit the columns, wording, fonts, etc).
