Supranational Organizations Card Sort (AP Human Geography, Unit 4, Topic 4.9)

This card sorting activity allows students to struggle with matching the 6 supranational organizations listed under topic 4.9 in the CED, their definitions, member states and logo cards. Also included is a graphic organizer so students can keep track of and study what they learned. This is an engaging lesson that allows for collaboration amongst students of all levels. Great as an intro to the topic, or review. In my class, groups who match all cards correctly earn extra credit toward the next test. Just print and laminate as many sets as you need and they can be used year after year. This lesson is aligned to the most recent version of the APHG CED. Answer Key Included!
